Caroline Manzo has been headline news lately and since she’s constantly related to the Mob I thought it was a worthwhile to be on this site.

Caroline was born in 1959 in New Jersey. She has been married for more than 25 years with Albert Manzo who happens to run a *very successful* catering facility, The Brownstone (Although I found these reviews that don’t reflect this). This business has been with the family for over 30 years now and is promoted as one of the premiere event spaces in NJ. Their oldest son, Albert Jr., is on it’s way to become a lawyer and her son Christopher is an entrepreneur, her daughter Lauren is working full-time on the family business. Caroline also owns two successful businesses, Opus Properties, a RE firm in Totowa, NJ and “4 My Mom”, a children’s accessories line. In addition, she serves on the board of her sister, Dina’s foundation, Project Ladybug and is affiliated with The Carolyn Gable Expect A Miracle Foundation, which helps single mothers.

Caroline Manzo’s bonds to the Mob are unclear, or at least I haven’t been able to find anything that clearly depics their connection to the Mob. Even her wikipedia entry has been recently removed.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Caroline Manzo has told the press that her family had no Mob connections and all she has said about the subject is “The one similarity that I feel we have to The Sopranos is family”.

One of the things that started the rumors is the fact that Caroline’s father-in-law, Albert “Tiny” Manzo, was killed in a mob-like crime in Paterson  in 1983 on Caroline’s birthday.
